Privacy policy
Effective October 21, 2026.
This policy explains what Day60 collects, how we use it, and how to reach us.
Information we collect
We collect your name and email through Clerk; UTM tags from the link you followed; your resume, uploaded documents, and writing samples; the jobs you add; the people you add, including names, titles, public profile links, and work email addresses; drafted messages; and replies you log. A free first-job preview also uses the job link, job description, first name, result, and email you submit. We store a keyed hash of the email to enforce the one-preview limit, not the address in that separate limit record.
How we use it
We use this information to run your sprint, research jobs, draft messages, provide work-email lookups when that feature is on, and prepare one free first-job preview when requested.
Service providers
Replit hosts the app and database. Clerk handles sign-in. Stripe handles payments; we never see full card numbers. OpenAI, through Replit's AI integration, processes job research and message drafting. Our email-lookup partner processes lookups only when work-email lookups are on. Resend sends our emails.
Analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics and Meta Pixel with the Conversions API for advertising measurement. Events record page views and actions such as signup, checkout, purchases, access-code redemption, Day 1 selection, adding a first job, and starting, completing, or claiming a free preview. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, resume text, job descriptions, contact details, or message content to analytics providers. Meta may receive a hashed account or free-preview email identifier, browser and ad identifiers, your IP address, and browser user-agent for conversion matching. PostHog session recording runs only on public pages and masks all inputs. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we do not load Meta Pixel or send Meta server events, and PostHog person profiles are off. To opt out of PostHog analytics, email support@getday60.com.
Day60 never asks for your LinkedIn password, logs in to LinkedIn, fetches LinkedIn pages, or sends messages for you. You send every message.
AI and sale of information
We never use your data to train AI models. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. Unclaimed free-preview details, including the submitted email, are deleted after 30 days. A keyed hash remains only to enforce the one-preview limit while the free preview is available. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep for tax or payments.
Your requests
Email support@getday60.com from the email address on your account to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. For a free-preview deletion request, write from the address you used for the preview. We verify requests before acting and answer within 30 days.
Age and changes
Day60 is for people 18 and older. We post policy changes here with a new effective date and email active customers about material changes.
